Production technology at Hidromek is used and configured by taking the latest products in technology and the latest developments as a base. The most important element we take as a principle in producing our products is long life and durability. Thus all parts are produced in compliance with the design needs by using welding robots and CNC tables. Checks are made with a welding control device, and welding quality and the design needs of the material’s structure are verified.

All parts are made to be completely suitable to the project before the assembly through the delicately carried out final process operation and they are carefully prepared on the assembly line.

With the deterioration tests done within the structure of our factory, the real working conditions are simulated and both the perfection of the design and the production technique are tested. Afterwards, the tests made in the simulation are checked and verified by having the machine subjected to tests in different working conditions, different attachments and by different operators in the field.
