In Hidromek, where training is of paramount importance, technical training sessions are provided by trainers who are experienced in the sector, experts in their subject and pedagogically trained, to all employees working in the After Sales Services Training Unit.

Personnel technical training, machine use and maintenance training, and technical training of authorized services and branches are all provided at the training facilities that have technological infrastructures. These trainings focus on the application of parts such as real motors, axles, and commanding valves. The training sessions are provided under three main categories: Electric, Hydraulic, and Mechanics. The target audiences of these training sessions are the technical staff and operators of public institutions and private sector firms that have bought Hidromek machines, technical teams of the domestic authorized service, and branches abroad. Besides this, upon requests of the Ministry of National Education, art schools and other public institutions, technical information training sessions are also given to the machine technical trainers’ educators.
