Hidromek, whose governing principle is absolute customer satisfaction, is contributing to the economy and the community through its continuous investments, continuous growth capacity, increasing product quality, qualified work force development and contribution to education. These contributions are carried out under the scope of its social mission, the work it does in cooperation with the most respected universities in Turkey and the projects it gets involved with for strengthening the brand image.

With the high priority that Hidromek places on the education of young people, the company supports increasing the number of employees in the industry by developing them socially and providing them with training sessions in the areas where people reflect their professional strengths the best, under the OSEP (School Industry Education Programs) project, an occupational education program carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Ankara Chamber of Industry and the Sincan Organized Industry Zone. As a result of this education system, people are able to be employed in the areas most suitable to their skills and talents, they are equipped with the necessary proficiencies required by technology and they are taught to be socially conscious individuals. Within the scope of this project, Hidromek employed 38 students after graduation and is continuing to educate about 36 students in the 2010-2011 academic year in order to secure Hidromek’s future workforce.



Hidromek also works with vocational high schools, junior technical colleges and universities through the education projects carried out by ISDER (Forklift Trucks & Material Handling, Storage Equipment Association of Turkey) and IMDER (Construction Equipment Distributors and Manufacturers Association of Turkey), which Hidromek is a member of, to remedy the problem associated with the sector’s shortage of qualified employees.

Hidromek demonstrates its commitment to being environmentally friendly through the new generation low emission motors it uses in its products.

Besides supporting and implementing environmental and community projects, Hidromek works in coordination with non-governmental organizations and federations in order to provide positive contributions for future generations.
