Employment Process

Our main target in our employment process is to find the most suitable candidate for the related position and for the Hidromek family. Candidates that apply to our ads through different channels are placed into a candidate pool. After the evaluation of these applications by the Human Resources Directorate and the related departments, the suitable candidates are invited for an interview.

Our candidates must undergo knowledge and foreign language tests according to the characteristics of the position. Candidates may be requested to submit a work sample in order to assess their qualifications for the related job. Either their current work or work that is related to the position that they are applying for a work may be asked to be submitted for assessment.

During our employment process, in addition to the set of basic qualifications common to all of our positions, there are certain unique qualifications that we look for according to the position under consideration.

The basic qualifications for all our departments and all positions can be listed as follows:

  • To be trained in the job to be done and to have the necessary theoretical knowledge,
  • To have interest/knowledge/experience about the practicalities of the job to be done,
